TPC is a premier debt financier in the film and television industry offering an array of services including tax credit advisory, brokerage, production accounting, and delivery. This position may support the Commercial Tax Incentives team.

Principal Responsibilities May Include:

  • Accurately enter, maintain and report on client contact/opportunity/account/contract/campaign information in CRM software (SalesForce)
  • Facilitate the successful, timely and accurate filing and administration of an incentive projects
  • Review client contracts and incentive applications for accuracy and compliance
  • Follow up and facilitate timely collection of required documents and client signatures on documents
  • Ensure all core, template documents are continually and regularly reviewed and updated and in alignment with Master Service Agreements (where applicable)
  • Generate ad hoc sales and client reports
  • Research clients, agencies and production companies; including annual advertising marketing budgets and agency relationships
  • Assist in the development and delivery of marketing materials
  • Edit and update the Commercial team's annual state-by-state guide
  • Assist with sales presentation scheduling and travel support
  • Draft client communications, emails, letters or mailings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Key Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication preferred
    • Commercial or Film/TV production experience helpful
    • Knowledge, passion or interest in Advertising industry
    • Proactive customer service & orientation
